CONDITION: THE MAT BOARD SHOWS SOME WATER DAMAGE ,ALTHOUGH THE PAINTING IT SELF IS IN GREAT CONDITION.
IT WOULD LOOK GREAT WITH A NEW MATTING BOARD AND FRAMED.
COUNTING THE MATTING BOARD THE DIMENSIONS ARE 8'' BY 8'' OR 20.5 CM BY 20.5 CM APPROX.
George Craig Spence was born in Glasgow, Scotland and studied stained glass at the Glasgow School of Art.
He worked as graphic designer in 1959 in Toronto and later in New York.At his returned to London he become a professional musician.
He returned to painting professionally in 1971 and has since then well known for his florals and unusual landscapes with floral foregrounds.
