Antique Victorian Neoclassical Cast Bronze Bust Of Sapho After Pradier C Late 1800's.
Sublime Victorian cast bronze bust of Sapho after Pradier's work, depicting the poetess in a pensive state. Pradier's marble version of Sapho is held by the Musee d'Orsay in Paris, many versions where cast in those days by different foundries.
This example is particularly beautiful and it will make a wonderful addition to any quality interior.
