Vintage Blue and White Prunus Pattern Ginger Jar H 6'

Though ginger jars were initially used to store and transport spices, hence their name, the containers have been used chiefly as decorative objects since the 19th century .

This ginger jar will look great mixed with other blue & white pieces and it would add a nice touch to a Bohemian or Eclectic home.

Not sure about its age, c1930's, maybe earlier.

Condition; minor wear, very good.
