XL Wooden Carved Indian Goddess Lakshmi Standing On Lotus Flower .
Stunning piece, measuring 26'' or 66 cm approx. Beautifully carved , amazing detail, absolutely gorgeous. Imagine this is your living room or yoga room, just wow. Perfect interior designer piece and a wonderful gift for the lover of unique and eclectic home decor.
I believe the wood is sandalwood with a rosewood base. I polished the piece with coconut oil.
H 25 cm or 10'' approx.
Over 2 kg approx.
C 1970's.
Condition; good vintage condition apart from a small chips to the headdress. I have polish this with coconut oil.
Lakshmi is the consort of the god Vishnu. She is one of the most popular goddesses of Hindu mythology and is known as the goddess of wealth and purity.
Lakshmi is commonly portrayed as a beautiful woman with four arms, standing on a lotus flower.
